RailState is a start-up with financing to build a North American sensor network to deliver real time, proprietary, unbiased, third-party data on railway network volume, performance, priority and capacity, across North America. RailState is the only company with this data. RailState’s existing and target customers are the logistics departments of large rail shippers such as grain, intermodal, energy and chemical companies; commodity trading companies; and government agencies.
