Pendant la majeure partie de cette p\u00e9riode, les chemins de fer ont sembl\u00e9 bien fonctionner avec les mouvements vers l&#8217;ouest en direction de Vancouver. Cependant, pendant la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e, on a constat\u00e9 une baisse significative du volume des trains. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le nombre moyen de trains sur sept jours en direction de Vancouver a chut\u00e9 de 26,6 trains\/jour au 19\/12\/2022 \u00e0 14,4 trains\/jour au 26\/12\/2022, et n&#8217;a que partiellement remont\u00e9 \u00e0 23,7 trains\/jour au 1\/2\/2023. Outre le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9, une r\u00e9duction de la demande a probablement aussi contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la diminution du nombre de trains. <\/li><\/ul><p>Nous estimons qu&#8217;il faut environ <b>5 trains de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales par jour<\/b> pour transporter la r\u00e9colte de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales attendue. Les chemins de fer ont transport\u00e9 <b>en moyenne 4,0 trains de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales par jour au cours de la semaine se terminant le 26\/12\/2022 et 6,1 trains de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales par jour au cours de la semaine se terminant le 1\/2\/2023<\/b>, ce qui est proche de la moyenne requise pour l&#8217;ensemble de la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e.   <\/p><p>Au 1\/2\/2023, le trafic ferroviaire dans trois des sept cat\u00e9gories que nous suivons \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 son niveau moyen \u00e0 long terme (6,1 trains\/jour pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, 3,9 trains\/jour pour les manifestes et 3,0 trains\/jour pour les produits p\u00e9troliers). Les autres trafics \u00e9taient proches de leur niveau moyen \u00e0 long terme de 1,0 train\/jour. Le trafic intermodal (5,0 trains\/jour), le charbon (3,6 trains\/jour) et la potasse (1,1 train\/jour) \u00e9taient tous inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 leur niveau moyen \u00e0 long terme pour la huiti\u00e8me semaine cons\u00e9cutive. <\/p><p>Nous continuerons \u00e0 surveiller le corridor vers Vancouver pendant la saison c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re et \u00e0 fournir des mises \u00e0 jour sur
